Please be sure to reference your order number on your return shipment packaging.

All Buddy Bows are shipped via USPS from our home office in Denver, Colorado. Depending on where you live, it usually takes between 2 and 5 business days to receive your order.

We are currently only able to ship our bow ties within the contiguous United States. If you live outside of the lower 48 states and our interested in purchasing our products, please email us at hello@buddybows.com.

At Buddy Bows we take great pride in handcrafting each and every single bow tie we sell and it's our mission to deliver 100% satisfaction.

If for any reason you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us. We are more than happy to accept any unused and in new condition, with the original packaging, bow ties within 30 days of your original purchase date. After 30 days we can not accept any returns.

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Once your Buddy Bow has been received, we will issue you a refund, less a $5 handling fee.

Yes! All Buddy Bows are 100% hand made in the USA. We handcraft our doggy bow ties in our manufacturing facility, aka our basement, in Denver, Colorado. We use high-quality 100% cotton fabrics and all of ourproduct packaging and product mailers are 100% made in the USAusing 100% recycled materials.

Maintaining your Buddy Bow is easy! Simply hand wash it using a little dish soap and hot water. Then allow it to air dry before re-attaching it to your dog's collar. You can watch a short video on how to wash your Buddy Bow here.

Currently Buddy Bows are not available for wholesale, however, if you are a local-only small-business proprietor and are interested in reselling our bow ties, please contact us athello@buddybows.comto get the conversation started.

Yes. If you're interested in having us produce a batch of Buddy Bows using a pattern of your choice, please contact us at hello@buddybows.com. To maintain our high-quality standards, we can only work with fabrics that are 100% cotton.

Please note that all custom orders require a minimum order of 15 bow ties in order to be placed. Custom bow ties can take up to 3 weeks for delivery.
